soaking wet

at work
at work,
originally uploaded by andrewgaines.
woke up this morning to the thunder and the rain. I thought riding to work would be a great idea for some reason. And now I'm sitting at my desk, soaked and cold, drinking hot coffee and eating a warm tamale. I thought I'd be the first to take action on Wesley's blog assignments. Will this be a weekly assignment list Wes? I think we're all waiting in suspense for the update on Kenny. Ben? And we're all a bit shaken by the recent news of Matt's car crash. I feel a bit burdened by this and Jacob reminded me of that maybe I should have intervened, way back in the day when KFC was playing it's last sold old show (at Careaway St.) There was always somewhat of a divide between Johnathan Ghram and I and Matt and Sean. I think it's time for a reunion show. Once all this clears up.
Well, look at me, so busy at work! ha ha.
I guess this won't be the year of the Lions. But I must say that sitting in a living room with Jacob and Ben on Saturday afternoon turned me into somewhat of a Spartans fan. Be careful jumping off the bandwagon, don't twist an ankle. OK, I gotta get back to work. Joel is IM'ing me now, and I have a million things to do...soaking wet.

I forgot my book suggestion. I've been reading and enjoying 'The Picture of Dorian Gray' by Oscar Wilde. I could pass it along to anybody else interested in reading it. As you were.

Excellente andres, in October I'm going to try to read,
"The Brother's K" by David James Duncan. My friend passed on to me because he thought it was so good. It's about a family, with four brothers growing up together (interesting) and also about baseball I guess. Any on else wnat to try that one out? Dinner's ready -
You gotta eat!
