From a Gladiator, to a Golden Bear- thats right, after a long week of contemplating, I have accepted a job about an hour away from Glendora as the Activities Director of Temecula Valley High School. This job is going to be such a great experience, as I work toward an administrator. The actual job is teacher/administrator. I will teach one class of Spanish, one class of leadership, and then the rest of the day will have an office and be on the administrative team. I guess that the one dance I went to in High School paid off, since I will be incharge of all the dances at TVHS. Norm...any help???
The only bummer is that we will have to move closer to Temecula, thus distancing ourselves from J&A and Andrew, yet will still be close. Also Becky will now need to leave the Homework House after a great 2 year run, thus giving her time to be a mom as we start a new chapter in our lives!
Thats whats new in our 626.

We're so excited for you guys and all the new things you've got going on. Oddly, I checked google maps, and the move to temecula puts you an hour farther from us as well. we're anxious to hear more about it at tahoe. becky, hope you're feeling well!

Jacob, Abigail and Gracie wish to release this official statement (from their publicist):

"It is with hindered joy that we celebrate Ben's new position at TVHS. We acknowledge the inevitabilty of life change, and yet live in the inherent tension that change creates. Our hearts are saddened by the loss of such close family in such close proximity, along with the complete dissolvement of the Glendora triangle extending from Wabash to Vista Bonita to Glendora Ave. Alas, we pledge to visit the young family's new home some 67.4 miles southwest of our front yard on regular occassions as permitted by time and circumstance. Gracie wishes to extend blessings to her cousin to be on his/her new life in Temecula and invites frequent visits to her playground at nearby Finkbiner Park. She holds out hope that someday their futures may once again bring them near. The Homework House also wishes to thank Rebecca for her 2 years of service and commend her on a job well done and future success be that as they may. Here's to a new chapter of life, and new adventures to be had! Go Golden Bears!!"
