Today we make history..the first Cross-Country meet in Gaines' family history..(i think). Wish us luck as the Gladstone Gladiators run into the record books!!!

Did you have the team over last nighht to carb load and watch Prefontaine?
OOPs, don't be afraid to juice the team up a bit, if ya know what I mean. A little ultimate orange in the punch may do the trick.
