It was actually at Island Lake. Worst fall yet. Ribs are sore, knees bloody, helmet saved my head (Andrew take note), shoulder scrapped and ugly. Wes saw the whole thing. It was a blurr to me. Never use that front brake on a down hill, it may lock. I am OK. Going to try and get back on the bike tomorrow and show Wes Murray.
