Becky, Jackson and I are happy to announce that the Gaines/Lampi family will be adding a new boy to the mix. After a nearly 2 year wait, we were matched with a 3 month baby boy from Ethiopia. He is healthy, weighs 8 pounds, was born in South Ethiopia and was named after his grandfather. Although we cannot post his name (Starts with a 'M'), nor picture yet, he is the cutest little baby!!
As soon as we can, we will update with a picture, but wanted you all to know before the facebook world does.
From here on out, we wait for our doctor to go over the health records, accept the baby, get submitted to court (in Ethiopia), travel to Ethiopia for court (hopefully this summer, but could be after), then finally go back to Ethiopia a second time for an Embassy date and to bring our boy home!

WOW! We're so pumped for you 3, now 4! You guys are a true testimony of faithfulness and trust in the midst of much unknown. What a family that already lives with pure and faultless purpose that James speaks of, and now with this international adoption. I look up to guys so much! You're so blessed. Can't wait to meet him!
