This little dude was caught streaking during Mexico-Argentina game. He was upset about a lousy call and saddened about the loss (even has his hand on his heart). Uncle Steve made him do it
And for Wes and those now cheering for the RedCoats of England, in honor of the sweetest pentalty/free kicker in the world (and Steph's guilty pleasure jk) DAVID BECKHAM...hence the phat hair. Ok, so he's hot.
